Headlight Restoration

Starting At $100 Per Set

Hazy or yellow headlights can make a well-kept vehicle look older fast, and they can cut down on visibility at night. Our headlight restoration service clears that oxidation properly with a multi-step approach that may include wet sanding, machine polishing, and refinement to restore clarity. Once the lens looks clean again, we seal it with a ceramic coating to help slow future UV damage and keep the results lasting longer than a quick fix. The goal is sharper light output and a cleaner front-end look.

Engine Detailing

Starting At $60

Engine bay buildup is easy to ignore until you pop the hood and see years of dust, grime, and oily residue. Our engine detailing service uses controlled steam cleaning to break down dirt and grease while protecting sensitive areas and electronics throughout the process. After cleaning, we condition plastics and rubber components with a water-based dressing for a natural, factory-style finish that doesn’t feel greasy. This add-on is a great option if you’re preparing to sell, bringing the vehicle to a show, or you just want the under-hood area to match the rest of the car.

What Is Car Detailing?

Car detailing is a full-service reset for your vehicle, inside and out. Instead of a quick vacuum and rinse, detailing targets the buildup that slowly collects in the places you see every day and the places most people miss.

Inside, that means deep cleaning carpets and seats, cleaning vents and crevices, and treating leather and plastics so the interior looks clean without feeling greasy.

Outside, it means a safe hand wash, paint decontamination to remove bonded grime like bugs and tar, and protection that helps the finish stay cleaner longer. The goal is not to make your vehicle look good for one day. It’s to restore the look and feel of the vehicle and make it easier to maintain moving forward.

Benefits of Full Auto Detailing

A Vehicle That Feels Reset, Not Just Tidied Up

Full detailing handles both sides of the experience, not just the parts you notice at a glance. Inside, it’s the difference between a quick vacuum and a cabin that actually feels clean in the areas you touch every day. Consoles, cup holders, vents, door panels, and seats get properly cleaned, and fabrics and carpets get addressed so the interior feels refreshed. Outside, the vehicle gets more than a wash. Decontamination removes the bonded grime that makes paint feel rough and look flat, then protection helps lock in that clean finish. You feel the results every time you drive, not just when you walk up to the car.

Better Long-Term Condition With Less Effort

When you remove buildup and add protection, you reduce how aggressively you have to clean later. Paint stays easier to wash and dry, wheels stay more manageable, and grime is less likely to bond as quickly. On the interior, consistent deep cleaning and proper surface care help materials hold up better over time. Plastics look more even, leather stays healthier, and carpets do not get permanently embedded with grit that slowly breaks down fibers.

Stronger Results for Daily Drivers

Daily use adds up fast. Road film, brake dust, spills, fingerprints, and dust will always happen. Full detailing keeps your vehicle from reaching that point where everything is dirty and you need heavy restoration work just to feel clean again. It also makes routine upkeep simpler because you are starting from a cleaner baseline.

A Cleaner First Impression and Higher Resale Appeal

Whether you’re keeping the vehicle long-term or preparing to sell, a properly detailed vehicle shows better. Clean paint, crisp trim, and a fresh interior make the vehicle look cared for and stand out in photos, showings, or trade-in evaluations. Buyers and appraisers notice the difference when a vehicle looks consistently maintained instead of hurriedly cleaned the day before.

Why Trust Bottini Auto Protection for Auto Detailing

Methodical Work With Professional Standards

A great detail comes down to process. We don’t rush vehicles through a checklist or treat every car the same just to hit a time target. We use safe wash methods that help reduce unnecessary marring, take the time to clean the areas most people skip, and focus on results that hold up in real light, not just under shop lighting. That means tighter finishes, cleaner trim, clearer glass, and an interior that feels properly refreshed instead of masked with shine or fragrance.

A One-Operator Approach That Stays Consistent

When you book with Bottini Auto Protection, you know exactly who’s working on your vehicle. We handle the service from start to finish, so there’s no handoff, no production-line pace, and no guessing whether the quality will change depending on who shows up that day. You get clear communication, a consistent standard, and the same careful approach every time you schedule. If you have specific concerns, we address them directly instead of letting them get lost in the shuffle.

The Right Service Based on Condition

Not every vehicle needs the same level of work, and we don’t pretend it does. Some cars just need a clean, controlled reset. Others need ongoing maintenance to stay ahead of buildup. And some need paint correction or a coating because the finish has real defects or you want long-term protection. We’ll look at the condition of your vehicle and recommend the service that matches your goals, so you’re paying for results, not a generic package.

Busting Common Full Detailing Myths

  • Myth: Full Detailing Fixes Paint Swirls and Scratches

Truth: Full detailing improves the cleanliness, gloss, and smoothness of the paint, but it does not replace paint correction. If you want swirl removal or deeper defect reduction, we’ll recommend paint correction or the optional paint enhancement polish.

  • Myth: If the Interior Looks Clean, It Is Clean

Truth: A cabin can look decent and still hold grime in seams, vents, and carpet fibers. Full detailing targets those areas through deep vacuuming, shampooing where needed, steam cleaning, and proper surface cleaning so the interior feels truly refreshed.

  • Myth: A Car Wash Delivers the Same Result

Truth: A wash handles surface dirt. Full detailing includes deep interior cleaning plus exterior decontamination and protection. That difference is why detailing looks better, lasts longer, and prevents buildup from turning into bigger problems later.

  • Myth: Detailing Is Only for Car Enthusiasts

Truth: Detailing isn’t just for weekend show cars. It’s a practical way to keep a daily driver looking sharp and easier to maintain. A quality sealant adds a protective layer that helps the exterior wash easier, dry cleaner after rain, and resist grime buildup between visits. The result is less time fighting water spots and road film, and a vehicle that stays presentable without constant effort.
